Responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive education and training programs for agency staff on a wide range of medical and health-related topics. Courses include, but are not limited to: AMAP Training, AMAP Recertification, Infection Control, First Aid & Seizure Management, Bloodborne Pathogen Education, Tuberculosis Awareness, OPWDD Diabetes Management, Tube Feeding, and Colostomy Care.
Oversees and administers Mantoux (PPD) testing, including scheduling, test administration, and result interpretation. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and maintains appropriate inventory and storage of testing materials.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Must be able to stand, walk, and move between locations to conduct training.
Requires occasional lifting of materials or equipment (up to 25 lbs.).
Must have good hand coordination for administering injections (e.g., PPD tests).
Ability to speak clearly in front of groups and use a computer regularly.
Must be able to drive to various sites, maintain a valid NYS driver’s license and remain qualified to operate a motor vehicle.
May work in classroom, office, and clinical settings with occasional exposure to medical materials (PPE provided).
