Grounds Maint Worker-AHRC Brookville location Flexible up to 20hrs per week. Qualifications:  Valid NYS Driver License required Ability to perform medium to heavy manual labor; ability to understand instructions given by supervisor Flexible; able to accept changes in job duties Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Assists in performs landscaping services such as clipping, mowing, weeding, edging, raking, digging, etc.,  or lawn maintenance assistance Assists in performs any other task required of crew, such as snow removal, cleanup, construction helper, etc Act as back up for Team Leaders, when resources require an additional licensed driver Physical Aspects may include but are not limited to lifting up to 35lbs.
