Under the direction of the Vice President of Quality Improvement and Compliance, the Regulatory Affairs Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that programs, services, and operations comply with agency policies, local, state, and federal regulations specific to OPWDD settings. This role involves managing regulatory documentation, monitoring compliance, and serving as a key resource for audits and inspections of agency programs and services.
